The man checking us in was super friendly! We got a free room upgrade to business class with a coffee machine and a small balcony. Just a 5-minute walk from the train station, and comfy beds to boot. The area felt safe with a heavy police presence.

Breakfast rich, rooms well equipped, not quite new but well kept and clean, safe in the room, good location, orientation of the room rated here to the street, good view, in the station district, however, not quiet (street life must be liked, but is not the hotel itself)

The room has exceeded my expectations. It was equipped with everything you need (kettle, desk, map, wardrobe with hangers, big mirror, TV and wardrobe) and seemed to be newly renovated. Also the bathroom was well equipped. On foot you can reach both the train station and the city centre within 5 minutes. I would have liked to stay longer than just one night.
Breakfast was a little expensive.

the hotel is in a brilliant location and fairly clean. positive and good staff all over the place. the rooms - impressive, tidy with free full breakfast and queen size bed and the balcony. a huge variety of options, excellent food. great stay, as always.

The location was great and brilliant, short walk to the train station & tram stop, railway and metro and many shops and restaurant nearby, in a local area. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Meat Room. There were a writing desk and a kettle in the room, greatly enjoyed that. I was happy to have a comfortable and the staff were good.
